When you are ready to wash your tie dye for the first time, rinse it under cold water until the water runs clear. Don't be alarmed if some dye comes out. You can machine wash your tie dye on a cool temperatures as normal but avoid the tumble dryer as this will make the colour fade. 

To make your tie dye, I use Dylon dye. It is then washed in SMOL laundry detergent and Fairy sensitive softener. I put comfort intense vaporise in my iron. I do have two hypo-allergenic dogs and although they don't wear the tie-dye, they might be near it while we live our day-to-day lives.  If you have any allergy concerns, please let me know and I will do what I can to avoid using products that could cause you a reaction. ( I am allergic to comfort softeners)

If your custom request is a specific size, design or colour, I may ask you to pay a deposit of 50%. 

If you change your mind or your circumstances change, then please let me know and I will try to resell the item. If I am able to sell the item, I will return your deposit less card transaction fees. 

I will try my best to get the right garments for you and provide any measurements you need to make sure it fits. I want you to feel happy and confident when you wear your tie-dye. If, however, you get your garment and it just isn't right for you, then you can return it to me for a full refund (less postage). If your item becomes faulty within 6 months of purchase then you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.
